Military Mental Health: PTSD Resource List by The Direction Diva

PTSD is an issue that is near and dear to my heart. Our family has dealt with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder to varying degrees and has suffered with regard to military mental health in different ways. (Learn more about our families story here.) And we are not alone. I know that the behavioral and mental health issues facing our military families is of growing concern, but with the proper treatment and early diagnosis we can make things better. I’ve put together a list of resources to help you gain easy access to the services and support that you or your servicemember may need. Most importantly I hope that you know that reaching out for help is a sign of strength that benefits warriors, families and the entire community.
